Healing Troops with no Speed Ups
If you want to heal your troops using no speed ups then here is your guide
You can get 30 help from your alliance members. The helpers can help you for a minimum of 3mins each. Therefore if you split troop healing into 90mins groups. You will heal your troops quickly and without using speed ups. I must admit it is fiddly.
