A Murder Ball
Murder Ball is when our open field marches form a group and pick off enemies one by one.
A murder ball is a technique used in the animal kingdom where smaller animals protect themselves by grouping together.
In Rise of Kingdom a group of marches approach the enemy as a big group. The idea is we are protected because they can't attack one of us and must attack all of us. Unfortunately with the introduction of troop markers this might not be true. It is best if you set your display to simple so you can see troops better this might happen automatically. Also you should have your troops set to return home when they win a battle. As the ball approaches the enemy you select a target all the ball leader selects a target for you and you engage the enemy. When your allies retreat you disengage your battle and join the group. The ball goes backward and forward in waves until there is a winner, hopefully us
